Audit Reports in PRISM

Within PRISM there are three different types of audit reports that Partners have access to. These reports are designed to enable auditability to users actions in PRISM against various levels of data. 
  1. Tenant Audit Report - this report is useful to view when a tenant is created, edited and/or viewed.
  2. Subscription Audit Report - this report is used to view when a subscription is created under a tenant, quantity changes, viewing estimated spends, suspending etc.
  3. Order Audit Report - this report is used to view when orders are submitted and the order details.
To access the audit reports in PRISM, log into PRISM using your user details. Then navigate to the Reports tab on the left-hand toolbar.


Under the Reports page, you will see the Audit Reports heading, under which each of the various audit reports can be accessed.



Tenant Audit Report
From within the Tenant Audit Tile, first select the Program dropdown list, to select the program you wish to audit against. 


You can also type to search for a program under this section.


Under the Tenant search bar, type in the tenant name/domain then select the correct entry you wish to audit.

The Tenant Audit results will then load onto the screen. (Please note that the below user details have been greyed out for the purposes of this user guide). Results are segments into the Event, User and Time (in Local Time zone) that the record/change was made. Results are filtered newest to oldest.



Several filters can be used alter the data that is presented:
  1. Display Changes Only - turning on this toggle will remove any events where data was accessed but not changed.
  2. User - this search box can be used to filter to a specific user that appears in the audit.

If there is more data than available to fit onto the page, you can use the "Load More Results" button at the bottom of the screen to show more data. Please note that if there are not more data to view, this button will not appear.
 
Users can also download this report into a CSV file using the Download button.




Subscription Audit Report
From within the Subscription Audit Tile, first select the Program dropdown list, to select the program you wish to audit against. 


You can also type to search for a program under this section.


Under the Tenant search bar, type in the tenant name/domain then select the correct entry you wish to audit.


Under the Subscription search bar, type or scroll to locate the specific subscription you would like to audit.



The Subscription Audit results will then load onto the screen. (Please note that the below user details have been greyed out for the purposes of this user guide). Results are segments into the Event, User and Time (in Local Time zone) that the record/change was made. Results are filtered newest to oldest.



Several filters can be used alter the data that is presented:
